The event, which took place on October 24th – 25th 2024, was designed to foster connections between industry leaders and students, with a special focus on technology, innovation, and entrepreneurship.

Focus on Innovation and Talent Development
The RICE’24 Career Fair attracted hundreds of students from Southern University College, as well as professionals from various sectors, all eager to showcase and explore the latest advancements in technology and research industry. Wintherm’s booth featured compact muffle furnace WTM-6-12A demonstrations of its compact heat insulation materials, advanced thermal coatings, and temperature control solutions used in industries ranging from electronics to automotive. Muffle furnace is a tool widely used in University laboratories, Research and Development and also Production Manufacturing.
Representatives from Wintherm engaged with students, providing them with valuable information about the company’s mission, core values, and the opportunities available for internships, research collaborations, and full-time employment.
