Product Overview

1800℃ WTM series products are mainly for the daily application development of the laboratory, high-quality furnace materials and stable temperature control system to ensure the reliability of the experimental data; the product uses high-purity alumina material as the furnace material, and the high-quality Silicon molybdenum rod is used for heating element, and the temperature controller uses microcomputer PID control module to achieve precise temperature control and constant temperature requirements.

Features

The furnace material is vacuum-formed alumina ceramic fiber material and does not drop powder in high temperature, heat capacity is small, energy saving above 50%.
The heating element is made of high-quality silicon molybdenum rod, which can bear large load, stable and long service life; the silicon molybdenum rod is evenly arranged on both sides of the furnace, and the temperature field uniformity is good.
Patented temperature control design, fast heating rate, good temperature uniformity, can be raised to 1600℃ within 150 minutes, more than 3 times higher than the same specification electric furnace sintering efficiency in the industry, safe and efficient.
High-temperature control accuracy, small temperature compensation, and temperature accuracy ± 1 °C.
Using an intelligent PID temperature control instrument, with a program function, can set the temperature rise curve, and can be programmed in 30 segments.
Electronic components are used in Schneider products, with leakage protection, safe and reliability.
The machine will send out an alarm signal to the over-temperature during the working process and automatically complete the protection action.
When the instrument program is set, just press the run button and the next work will be completed automatically.
Optional large-screen paperless recorder or RS232 communication interface for real-time recording of temperature rise curves, with memory card for analysis and printing of experimental data.

Application

1800°C muffle furnace (box type resistance furnace) mainly provides high temperature heat treatment environment for industrial colleges, research institutes, factories and other industrial laboratories, and is applied to new materials such as metal materials, ceramic materials, nano materials, and semiconductor materials.
