| Furnace or Oven repairs and troubleshooting often caused troublesome for the Users. In order to cope this issue, WINTHERM FURNACE and Ovens understand Users requirement by providing complete furnace repair (or revamping if needed). The services can be done either in our workshops or in the customers place, depend on the furnace condition. The furnaces that we repair is muffle furnace, tube furnace, Bottom leading furnace, heat treatment furnace, vacuum furnace, laboratory furnace, bogie hearth furnace, batch ovens, conveyor ovens, curing ovens, laboratory ovens and many more. Our local technician and engineer teams are engaged locally so that we could provide exact, rapid, and timely response. |

In addition, WINTHERM also provide spareparts in our brand as well as customized spareparts for other brands maintenance like NABERTHERM, CARBOLITE Gero, as required. Range of supplied spareparts are including but not limited to: heaters, thermocouples, temperature controller, insulation board and SSR.
Furnace and industrial ovens lifetime can be prolonged if maintained correctly, our engineers able to give the recommended advise as well as training/course about how to use and operate WINTHERM furnaces and ovens correctly. Furnace and Ovens problem investigation and diagnose will be performed as the first step, and subsequently the next job is to recommend the right spare part or doing the repairing action. |

| Moreover, to have sustainable operation with correct parameters, thus, a regular thermal calibration is necessary. WINTHERM also provides thermal calibration service, including its certificate (if required). |

Below is the example how our team handle service issue.
- 1st case: Vacuum furnace leaking.
First, our engineer will identify the leakage point and mitigate the furnace parts that having problem. After pinpoint the problem, the correct method for repair, spare part replacement (if any) and maintenance action will be initiated. After the repair and troubleshoot action is done, our engineers will train and gives recommendations on how to operate furnaces and ovens.
- 2nd case: Furnace or Oven heating elements are failed.
At the beginning, our local technicians or engineers will perform troubleshoot by initiating complete check on troubled furnace or ovens then determine whether the fail components are able to repair or needs to be replaced. Please remember that some furnaces and oven designs are not able to accommodate a changes in spareparts items; especially for smaller furnaces and ovens. Once the solutions are agreed, then Our local furnace and oven repair technicians and engineers will execute the agreed solutions and provide training to prolong the Furnace or Oven lifetime. |
